From Gisborne: Misses Cavclls (2), Messrs A. Diamond, Robinson, Stewart, Johnson, A. Anderson, George Pram, J. Vautier, W. Chissell, A. Stubbs, Barker, Anderson, Stronnch, Cotterill, Dixon, F. Fulton, and D. M. Couper.

The Union Company's steamer Southern Cross, Capt. Allmau, arrived in the roadstead from Gisborne and Auckland at about 11.30 last night. She was berthed inside this morning at the breastwork, whore she discharged her cargo, sonic 30 tons. She was to have taken her departure, for Wellington only, at 2 o'clock this afternoon. The steamer Kiwi, Capt. Jamc3 Campbell, was to have left Wellington for the coast and Napier at 2 p.m. this day, and is expected to arrive hero by Monday morning. The three-masted schooner Mary Wadley, Capt. Moore, has cleared at the Custom House in ballast for Greymouth, and will bo sailing the first favorable opportunity.

The Union Steamship Company's steamer Wairarapa, Capt. Chath'old, from Gisborne and Auckland, arrived in the harbor at G. 30 a.m. this day, having left Auckland at noon on Thursday, and Gisborne at 7 o'clock last night. She'wiis tendered at 7 o'clock by the launch Boojum for mails and passengers, and by the steamer Sir Donald, with a load of tallow for transhipment, and also for the steamer's inward cargo. The launch is to leave the wharf with the outward pnsse7iirors at 2 p.m., the steamer sailing for Melbourne and the South later on.

The pilot at Wairoa again reports the bar at that place to bo impracticable, and the regular traders are still detained in port. The Union Company's steamer Wai horn, Captain Edic, from Melbourne and the South, was expected to leave Wellington about 0 o'clock this evening, and would in that case be due here about midday tomorrow. She will be tendered on arrival by the Sir Donald for cargo, and by the launch Boojuni for mails and passengers, the latter outwards being announced to leave the wharf at 4 p.m., theWaihora getting away for Gisborne, Auckland, and Sydney shortly afterward.
