Christchurch, This day,
In the Divorce Court yesterday the case of Holt v. Holt, Ah Cheo, and Duke was heard. The petitioner applied for a divorce on tho ground of respondent's adultery with the two co-respondents. After hearing evidence, which fully proved the charges of adultery, His Honor granted a rule ni.fi, with costs against tho co-respondent Ah Chee.
