July 03 AVairarapa, s.s., for Poverty Bay and Auckland. Passengers—Miss Campbell, Messrs Littlo, Jackson, Dick, Bowcrn, Kettle, and Lewis. 29—Rotomahana, s.s., for Melbourne via AVellington and Southern ports. Passengers—Messrs Rhodes, AVeld, Domage, Perry, Yeoman, AVilliams, May, and Cunningham. 28—Enterprise, brigantine, for Dunedin 29—Maori, s.s., for AVairoa, with a number of passengers. 29—Bella, s.s., for Mohaka. The Union Company's steamer AVairarapa, Capt. Chatricld, arrived in the bay from Melbourne and the South at 1.45 p.m. on Saturday, and was tendered for passengers by the Boojum shortly after 2 p.m., having tho ketch Admiral, for tho steamer's cargo, in tow. The outward mails and passengers were taken off at 5 p.m., the steamer, however, not getting away until 9 o'clock. She is telegraphed as having arrived at Gisborne nt 6 o'clock yesterday morning. The Union Steamship Company's s.s., Rotomahana, Captain M. Carey, brought up in the roadstead from Sydney via Aucklandimd Poverty Bay at 7 o'clock yesterday morning. Tho Boojum attended for passengers ancl the Sir Donald lightered the cargo. The following is a report of the Rotomahana's passage:—Left Sydney on the ISth aud arrived at Auckland on the 24th : sailed again on the 27th, and called at Gisborne on the 28th ; took her departure thence for Napier at 1 p.m. on the same date, and arrived as given above. Had moderate, variable winds from Sydney to Auckland ; and on the coast fine weather with light S.AV. winds. The outward passengers were taken off at 10 a.m., the Rotomahana steaming for AVellington and Southern ports and Melbourne at noon.

The Union Company's steamer Omapere, Captain AVcbster, from Timaru direct, is expected to put in an appearance here during the afternoon. She will be tendered iv the bay for her cargo, and at 9 o'clock tonight is announced to steam for Gisborne, Auckland, ancl Tauranga. The steamer Kiwi, Captain James Campbell, arrived in the roadstead at 5 o'clock this morning, aud was berthed inside at the breastwork at 10.30 a.m. She reports having left AArellington at noon on Saturday; calling at Akiteo on Sunday, landing some passengers, and afterwards sonic cargo at Castle Point. Experienced a heavy easterly roll throughout. Sho brings a full cargo, consisting largely of transhipments out of the Lastriugham from London. The Kiwi is announced to steam for AVellington at 4 p.m. to-morrow. The brigantine Enterprise, Capt. Bell, was towed outside at 1 o'clock on Saturday afternoon by the launch Boojum, and sailed for Dunedin with a cargo of 1524 sleepers aud 4340 feet of sawn timber. The steamer Maori, Capt. Anderson, got away for AVairoa at 7 o'clock yesterday morning, taking a full cargo and some passengers. Tho s.s. Fairy is to bo taken up on the hard to-day to lie cleaned and painted.

The steamer Taiaroa, which left here at midday on Friday, arrived in AVellington at 1.45 p.m. on Saturday. The launch Bella, Capt. Green, steamed for Mohaka at 0.30 o'clock yesterday morning. H.M.S. Raven left Plymouth on the sth Juno last for the Australian station.

Tho barque Lochnagar, loading at London, was announced to leave that port on tho 15th June for Nelson ancl Napier.

The New Zealand Shipping Company's chartered steamer Catalonia, Capt. Talbot, arrived from London at 8.30 this morning. Sho left London on Juno 3rd. Tho passage, including stoppages, occupied 57 days, the length being accounted for, as she was limning on a short supply of coal. Tho passage was uneventful, Two deaths occurred, AVilliam Jenkins, aged 45, aud Edward Brown, aged 24. The cause was consumption. The latter died yesterday morning, and was buried at sea, Both men wero stecrago passengers, and bound to AVellington.

The steamer AVaihow, from Foochow, arrived on Saturday morning, but as she comes from an infected port sho proceeded to the quantino ground. She has a cargo of tea.
