The dietary scale is most liberal. Second-class and steerage accommodation is all that could be dosired, and the ships are commanded by experienced masters. The Company also charters ships of the highest class as reqmred, and vessols are despatched from London to each of the principal porta of the colony ivith strict punctuality every month. The Company has also sldps loading homcAvard from Nov Zealand. LIVERPOOL AGENCY. A Branch has been established in Liverpool, and vessels will be despatched at siritablo intorvals to the principals ports in NeAV Zoaland. NEW YORK AGENCY. Messrs R. AY. Cameron and Co. have been appointed Agonts for this Company, and a regular lino of vessels will ho laid on for the various ports in this colony to meet tho requirements of the trade. Arrangements for the passages of friends to and fro from the colony, and also for tho convoyanco of cargo can be made at tho Head Office, Christchurch or at any of the Branches in tho colony. D.
