Tho petitioner, George Ballingall Stewart, of A r ictoria, sues to have his marriage Avith Lucia SteAvart annulled, on the grounds of adultry with AVilliam Hay Dickson, and claims £2000 damages. The main issue is as to the custody of a child born of the marriage.
