PARIS.
July 15. Serious rioting has occurred at Rouhaix, a manufacturing town in the extreme north of France. The disturbance was caused by anarchists, who assembled in large numbers and defied the civil authorities. It was found necessary to call out the military in the neighborhood before the rioters could be dispersed and order restored.
