A criminal information for libel at the suit of Mr W. L. Rees has been laid against Kenneth Ken , , editor of a local paper called Facts, and Charles Webb, proprietor of the Standard and printer of Facts, for an article in last Friday's issue- of Facts relating- to tie Jiative Laud Company's doings.
