Russell, and that the Gisbornc Courts Proceedings Valuation Bill had been assented to. PASSAGE OP BILLS. The Now Zealand Univorsity Bill was read a third time and passed. The Prisons Bill was read a second tuna after a short debate. returns ordered. ; ' Returns relating to contagious diseases and to the case of the late interpreters to the Council wcro ordered.
