At the inquest on the body of the hoy Thomas Smith, AA-ho was shot by his brother on Saturday afternoon, the jury returned a verdict of accidental death. The gun had lain for some Aveeks loaded in the father's shop, and the deceased's brother took it doAvn to snap a cap on it. As he pulled the trigger Thomas Smith ran past, and tho charge of shot entered his head, penetrating to the brain. The boy who caused the accident was ignorant of the fact of the gun being loaded. The father is the AvellknoAvn manufacturer of the rabbit exterminator.
