Any person desiring , to have the cxchiHivc right of burial in perpetuity of any plot or plots cum have the same on Iho payment to the Trustees of the .sum of 20s for each plot measuring Bft Gin. by 4ft., for such right over and above the burial charges. 2. Persons purchasing- tho exclusive right of burial may, by permission of (lie Trust cos, fence in the" ground allotted to them, and may erect tombstones, headstones, or oilier monuments thereon ; provided always that, before any such fence, tombstones, or other monuments bo erected, a plan thereof, and n copy of every projiosed epitaph or other inscription be submitted to tho Trustees, and be duly approved of by them. o. No monuments, memorials, railing's, or erections of any kind shall be put up, or inscription placed on any memorial, or trees planted in any part of the cemetery, without the permission of the Trustees. Any trees or shrubs planted in any portion of the cemetery, or on ground acquired, for the exclusive right of burial as aforesaid, may at any lime be trimmed, removed, or cut down by order of the Trustees. 4. Grants, of exclusive right of burial in perpetuity shall be made out in tho form marked A annexed to these regulations, on the pay men fc of a feo of Is, and shall oidy bo made out in the namo of one particular person, to be named therein. Such grants to bear tho signatures of the Trustees. 5. Any puvchnsev oi' exclusive right of burial in perpetuity in any particular plot of ground in tho said cemetery, in which no interment shall have taken place, may, by permission of the Trustees transfer her or his interest in tho said j)lot of ground to any other person upon the payment to the Trustees of a transfer fee of Is for every such transfer, and on production to the Trustees of tho original grant. G. On the death of any person holding a grant of exclusive right of burial in perpetuity, the grant may be transferred to any other person applying to tho Trustees for such trajisfer on the payment of Is on ■ production of the original grant, and on | their providing sufficient and satisfactory evidence of their authority to apply for the said transfer. 7. If at any timo a grant of exclusive right of burial shall be lost or accidentally destroyed, a duplicate can be obtained on application, in writing made to tho Trustees, and on payment of a foe of ss. Persons implying for a duplicate grant must give satisfactory written evidence of the loss or destruction of tho original grant, and of their authority to apply for a duplicate grant. Should tho original grant be at any time found after the issue of a duplicate, the duplicate must at once bo returned to the Trustees. M. Parties applying for grants of exclusive right of burial or transfer, or duplicate of tho same, must at their own cost provide all necessary duty stamps. 9. The Cemetery shall bo placed for the time being under the care of a Sexton, who shall be appointed by the Trustees, and who shall give or receive a month's notice before retirement fr.nu oilice. The following shall bo considered his duties : — (a) Digging and excavating every grave ; (//) keeping , in order the cemetery; (c) receiving monies for plots sold, marking oft' said plots on plan, and paying in receipts from plots sold once a month to the chairman ; (d) being present properly habited at every funeral. 10. The scale of burial charges to be as follows: —Abovo 10 years, 20s; under 10 years, 10s. 11. No person other than the Sexton will be allowed to dig any grave in the cemetery •without express permission in writing from tho Trustees. 12. All graves must be dug at least 6ft. deep, but in the event of any person requiring a greater depth an extra charge of 2b per foot shall bo made. 13. The Trustees shall keep or cause to bo kept, a book in which shall be entered from timo to time tho number of every plot disposed of for the exclusivo right of burial, the name of tho purchaser, and the dato of disposal. They shall also keep a record of every plot of ground used for tho purpose of interment, the name of tho person interred, and the date of burial. ],'k Tho record-boole and plan of the Cemetery when prepared may bo inspected by the public any day, Sundays and holidays excepted, by applying to the custodian of the said record and plan, on payment of a fco of 2s. The fee for inspection will be remitted in iho case of persons applying for same who wish to obtain information in order to select a plot, or site of a grave, for immediate interment. 15. Persons fencing in plots of ground must do all levelling , required at their own cost, and only on approval of the Trustees, and must at once remove from the Cemetery all rubbish and earth not required. If "not removed when requested by the Trustees, they may cause ttie said rubbish and earth to be removed, and, if necessary, recovor the costs mid charges for the same in a summary manner in any Magistrate's Court having jurisdiction in the district or before any two or more Justices of tho Peace. IG. Notice must bo given to tho Sexton at least six hours prior to the time fixed for the funeral, otherwise an extra fee of os must be paid. No freo interment will be J
