MARRIED TO THE MAN OF HER CHOICE.

A little more than a year ago tho Albanj r (New York) Argus made mention of asocial sensation in Geneva, in that State. A fashionable wedding had been announced in Trinity Church and an expectant audience of friends eagerly awaited the ceremony. The groom had taken his place at tht altar-rail and tho bride had entered the vestibule, when suddenly she fainted in her father's arms. The young lady was conveyed to her homo and the marriage was indefinitely postponed. In explanation of tho strange event it was whispered that the bride had promised her hand to tho groom while her heart was another's. The causo of her swoon, according to a Geneva correspondent, was encountering tho glance of tho man whom sho really did love, and who was officiating as one of tho ushers. Till then, however, ho "never told his love," while with her " concealment had not, like a worm in a bud, prej'ed upon her damask check," but was reserved to overpower her at the critical moment in-her life. Suffice to say that the wedding was postponed. Now comes the denouement in the following announcement, which marks tho union of hearts with hands in tho futuro journey of life: '' Married at the residence of the bride's parents, in Geneva, February 14, by the Rev. H. W. Nelson, jun., rector of Trinity Church, Alexander D. Allen, M.D., of Gorham, N.Y., to Annie Tamblington, youngest daughter of 11. L. Snydam, Esq."
