The following are tho vital statistics for Christchurch for Juno: — Births, 34; marriages, 25 ; deaths, 24. For the Christchurch "district the statistics are .-—Births, 113 ; marriages, 29 ; deaths, 30. The totals for the city and district for tho six months ending June 30th are—Births, 995 ; marriages, 258 ; deaths, 429. For the corresponding period of 1882 the statistics were— Births, 95S ; marriages, 239 ; deaths, 429. Timaru, This day. The following are the vital statistics for Timaru for June :—Births, 43 ; marriages, 6 ; deaths, 8. Oamartj, This day._ The following arc the vital statistics fer the month of June :—Births, 41 ; deaths, 11; marriage certificates issued 6. Dunedin, This day. The vital statistics for the June quarter are—Births, 441 ; deaths, 150 ; and marriages 101.
