Hallett, R.N., Commander, will bo despatched as above from Lyttelton the 10th of JULY, positively. This vessel, now on her maiden voyage from London, is fitted throughout m the newest and most complete manner. The Saloon is amidships, and is luxuriously furnished. The sleeping-cabins aro large, airy and elegantly fitted. A smoking-room, ladies' boudoirs, four bathrooms, and a barber's room are included in tho Saloon accommodation. The Second Class and Steerage quarters are of a superior character, well provided with lavatories, and having ample promenade space. It is intended that the steamer shall call "~ alt Eio de Janeiro, so justly celebrated for the loveliness of its scenery. The dietary scale is most liberal. Second-class and steerage accommodation is all that could be desired, and the ships aro commanded by experienced masters. Tho Company also charters ships of the highest class as required, and vessels are despatched from London to each of tho principal ports of the colony with strict punctuality every month. The Company has also ships loading homoward from New ■Zealand. LIVERPOOL AGENCY. A Branch has been established in Liverpool, and vessels will be despatched at suitable intervals to the principals ports in New Zealand. NEW YORK AGENCY. Messrs R. W.
