Dunedin, This day. There was good competition for land under the perpetual leasing system in the Windon and Windonside districts yesterday. In every instance there was more than one applicant, and a considerable advance on the upset price was offered. In one case there were ten applicants, and the successful tenderer gave 3s 6d above the upset price.
