"IVTOTICE is hereby given that at the _L l General Meeting of tho Board to be held TO-MORROW (Thursday), it is intended to levy a General Rate of threeeights of a penny in the £ on all rateable property in the district, for the period commencing the Ist of July, 1833, to the 31st of March, 1884, the said rate to be payable at the office of the Board on MONDAY, the 2nd of July, 1883. NOTICE is hereby given that it has been resolved by tho Mcanee Road Board to levy a General Rate of one-half-penny in the £ on all rateable property in the district at a meeting to be held on the 2Gth inst. The above rate will bo for the period from the 3rd of July, 18S3, to the 31st of March, 1884, and will be payable in one sum on the 4th day of August next.
