Description.—Tho Land in blocks I. and 11, Ru-.ituiii'.vha, is situated bet-ivecn the Tuki Tuki and AVaipaAva rivers; it is covered with forest, portions Avhen cleared being suitable for agriculture. The main road through the blocks have been cleared of bush, one connecting the tAvo rivers has been formed for horso traffic and gives access to most of the sections. Drays can be taken along the river beds to both north and south sides of the block, which is about 00 miles from Napier, and 20 miles from the raihvay lino at AVaipaAva.
