The directors of the AVellington-ManaAvatu Railway Company (limited) have received advice of the formation of the company's London board, AA'hich oonsists of the Right Hon. Anthony John Mundella, M.P., A'ieePresident, of the Council, Sir Penrose Jalyan, K.C.M.G., C.8., and Sir Edward Stafford, K.C.M.G. The London bankers are the London and AVestminister Bank, and Mr John Mackrell, solicitor to the AgentGeneral, has accepted the position of London solicitor for the company.
