ESTIMATED VALUE OF THE COSTLEY TRUST.
Auckland, This day. Tho executors of the Costley trust estimate the value of the value of the properties as follows: —Real estate, £28,000; mortgages, £37,400 : fixed deposits, £12,000 ; shares, £1930 ; total, £79,330. The present annual income is £4858. The executors arc resolved to realise the freehold estate, notwithstanding the expression of opinion from tho charities interested and the public in favour of retaining them.
