The market rate of discouut has been reduced to 3_, and is now one-half below the bank rate. Australian tallow, best beef 11/6, and best mutton 43/-. Melbourne, Wednesday. Shipping wheat remains at 5/-, with market very flat; malting barley is in faildemand at 5/6 to 6/- ; New Zealand oats have declined Id per bushel during tho week, feeding sorts being now quoted at 2/IHo 3/2, and milling ditto at 3/2 to 3/3.
