NOTICE is hereby given that at an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders in the above Company, held pursuant to notice at the office of Matthew Robertson Miller, in Browning-street, Napier, on Tuesday, the fifteenth day of May last, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon, the following special resolution was carried:—"That tho Mohaka Steam Service Company, Limited, be forthwith voluntarily wound up, aud that MiNathaniel Kettle be the liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the said Company and distributing the property thereof." And at an Extraordinary General Meeting of the said shareholders, held pursuant to notice, at the offco aforesaid on Thursday, the seventh day of June instant, tho above resolution was confirmed. STEAM TO LONDON. _ rpHE magnificent new -L steel Steamship lONIC, T] ie latest addition to the celebrated White Star fleet, 1368 tons register, 3000 horsepower, E. O. Halleit, R.N., Commander, will be despatched as abovo from Lyttelton about tho End of JUNE. This vessel, now on her maiden voyage from London, is fitted throughout iv the newest and most complete manner. The Saloon is amidships, and. is luxuriously furnished. The sleeping-cabins arc large, airy and elegaully fitted. A smoking-room, ladies' boudoirs, four bathrooms, and a barber's room arc included in the Saloon accommodation. The Second Class aud Steerage quarters arc of a superior character, well provided with lavatories, and having ample ade space. It is intended that the steamer shall call at Rio de Janeiro, so justly celebrated for tho loveliness of its scenery.
