Wellington, This day. The Royal mail "steamship City of New York, with the London mails of the 17th of May, did not sail from San Francisco for Auckland until tho 10th instant, eight days late. No reason has yet been assigned for the delay. Tho Zealandia, with the May colonial mails for Loudon, arrived at San Francisco on the 11th instant, three days in advance of her due date.
