Tho Company also charters ships of the highest class as required, and vessels arc despatched from London to each of tho principal porta of tho colony with strict punctuality every month. The Company has also ships loading homeward from New Zealand.

LIVERPOOL AGENCY. A Branch has been established in Liverpool, and vessclw will be despatched at suitable intervals to the principals ports in New Zealand. NEW YORK AGENCY. Messrs R. W. Cameron and Co. have been appointed Agents for this Company, and a regular line of vessels will bo laid on for the various ports in this colony to meet tho requirements of the trade. Arrangements for the passages of friends .to and fro from the colony, and also for tho conveyance of cargo can be made at the Head OfHce, Christenurch or at any of the Branches in the colony. D.
