The dietary Bcale is most liberal. Second-class and steerage accommodation is all that could bo desired, and the ships are commanded by experienced masters. The Company also charters ships of the highest class as required, and vessels are despatched from London to each of the principal ports of the colony with strict punctuality every month. The Company has also ships loading homeward from New . Zealand. LIVERPOOL AGENCY. A Branch has been established in Liverpool, and vessels will bo despatched at suitable intervals to the principals ports in New Zealand. NEW YORK AGENCY. Messrs R. W.
