All the Licensing committees in tho borough and country have noAv completed their annual meetings. The hours aro unaltered excepting in one town hotel, where tho renewal of the oxtonsion to 12 o'clock Avas refused. Tho hours in the country are all till 10 o'clock, and in the borough 12 o'clock, except in three cases, where they are tho same as in tho country. One newpublican's license in the country and one neAv wine license in the toAvn were applied for, but were refused.
