All the Governments have replied except Now Zealand. The Government of South Australia has expressed cordial approval of tho proposal, and the Governor, Sir William Ilobinson, has telegraphed to Earl Derby urging- his approval. Mr Servico has telegraphed to the Agent-General of Victoria in London instructing- him to take steps to further the object in view.
