TITHEREAS, by tho resignation of VV HENRY MONTEITII, Esq., of his office of Councillor for i\w South Ward of the Borough, an Extraordinary Vacancy has occurred in the representation of that Ward ; I hereby give notice that T. appoint FRIDAY, the 29th day of June, ISS3, as the day for holding an Election of one Councillor to fill such vacancy ; and I also appoint the office of the Town Clerk, Napier, as the place, and MONDAY, the EIGHTEENTH day of June, ISB3, as i lie day, for the Nomination of Candidates, who must be nominated by means of Nomination Papers, in the prescribed form, addressed to me and delivered at the said oflice of the Town Clerk before Noon of the said EIGHTEENTH day of June.
