ELECTION OF BOROUGH AUDITORS.
The returning officer declared tho result of the poll for the election wf two auditors for the borough a little after 7 p.m. yesterday. The voting was as follows : — Roope Frooking .. .. 108 Percival Bear .. .. 76 J. M. Girdlestono .. .. 48 C. E. Williams .. .. 47 F. W Garner .. .. 43 H.A.Banner .. .. 41 Messrs Brooking and Boar Avere accordingly declared duly elected.
