±* nuay. ( The Legislative Council passed the bill for legalising the use of steam motors on tramways with certain amendments, which have been accepted by tho Assembly. In the Legislative Assembly to-night the TraniAvay Bill was finally agreed to as amended, and passed. The House Avas subsequently counted out, and the extraordinary session terminated.
