THE TARANAKI BREAKWATER.
New Plymouth, This day. The steamer Orcti landed a cargo of cement at the breakwater this morning. Although a strong easterly gale Avas blowing, and the sea rough outside, the Avater inside the breakwater Avas perfectly calm.
