PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE IN AUCKLAND R.M. COURT.

Auckland, This day. At tho R.M. Court yesterday it Avas stated that a letter had been received from the Minister of Justice to the effect that an erroneous practice had been adopted in the Court by putting on the summons at the time of its issue the charge for the solicitor regulated by the amount of the sum claimed. The Minister of Justice suggested that in future this practice should be discontinued. The magistrate, having heard the statements of the profession present, intimated that ho saAV no reason to alter the existing practice.
