Friday. It is announced that Mr AVright, Post-master-General, has accepted the portfolio of Public AVorks, A-acant since the resignation of Mr Copeland, and has resigned the position ho hitherto held in the Cabinet. No appointment has been made to the Postmaster-Generalship. Tho Congregational Jubilee has been brought to a conclusion, and the visiting delegates are now leaving the city for their respective homos.
