Dunedin , , This day. At a meeting of Messrs McLaudrcss, Hepburn and Co.'s creditors the deed of arrangement was unanimously agreed to. The trustees reported a deficiency of .-£030*3, which is attributed to hoary losses in connection with the Kaikorai woollen factory. A meeting of Messrs Thomson, Strang and Co.'s creditors was held this morning. Tho liabilities are £12,101, of which £1001 arc due to Home firms, and tho assets £U,700. The debtors agreed to assign the estate to Mr Young, of Sargoods, and Mr Slatham, of Butterworth Bros.
