The cabins are all heated by steam; and smok-ing-rooms, bath-rooms, piano, and every necessary convenience provided for the comfort of passengers. The second cabins are roomy and well-lit, with bath-rooms for ladies and gentlemen; stewards attendance and all bedding, &c., found. The steerage accommodation is of a superior character, with separate lavatories for men and women, and special provision for families. The steamer will call at Rio dc Janeiro, universally pronounced to be the loveliest harbor in tho world. Wool and other cargo is now being received and stored in Wellington and Lyttelton free of charge. Shippers arc reminded that this is the only vessel likety to catch the August wool sales, and that insurance by her is half per cent, less than by sailing ships. Tho Company also charters ships of the highest class as required, and vessels are despatched from London to each of the principal ports of the colony with strict puiiotuiility every month. A Branch has been established in Livorpool, and vessels will be despatched at suitable intervals to the principals ports in New Zealand. NEW YORK AGENCY. Messrs R. W. Cameron and Co. have been appointed Agents for this Company, and a regular line of vessels Avill be laid on for the various ports in this colony to meet tho requirements of tho trade.
