PARIS.
May 15. The Clwwbey of Doputies has passed a
vote of credit of -3,000,000 francs to defray the expenses of the Tonquin expedition. A rumor is current here to-day that the Cornto de Ohambord is dead. The news has not, however, been confirmed.
