"Maungaharuru District—Fern hills and spurs on the western slopes of the Maungaharuru Range; the soil is light; about onehalf of Section 2 is undulating country coveren with natural grasses; Section -1 has frontage to Taupo road : a few clumps of bush are scattered about on Section 1. Waitara District — Open fern country, hilly. Amendment to Bye-law Regulating Wharfage Rates, That Clause 2 of tho Bye-law of the Napier Harbor Board regulating Wharfage.
