NEW YORK.
April 28. Tho Irish Convention at Philadelphia has concluded its sittings and adjourned indefinitely. 'Before adjournment a motion was adopted denouncing English rule in Ireland, urging the banding of Irishmen in Aiuericaand Canada to obtain autonomy for Ireland by lawful means, recommending the organisation of the National League, and resolving to co-operate with Mr Piirnell in his efforts to obtain redress for Irish grievances.
