The following amended table of business, to come into force on the Ist day of May, in the Resident Magistrate's districts of Napier aud AA'aipukurau was read out by tho clerk of the court this morning :— Napier. —Civil business every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m. Criminal business every Monday at 10.30 a.m. Prisoners in custody, however, to be dealt with as they arc brought up. AVaipawa.—Criminal and civil business first and third Wednesday in each month at 10.30 a m. Ormondville.—Criminal and civil business second Wednesday in each month at 11.30

a.m. • AVoodville.—Criminal and civil business y second Friday in March, fourth Friday in June," second Friday in September, and fourth Friday in December, at 10 a.m. Wairoa. —Criminal and civil business last Thursday in January, March, May, July, September, and November, at 10 a.m. A sitting will also be held at Wairoa by two Justices of the Peace at 11.30 a.m. on the last Thursday in the months of February, April, June, August, October, aud December, for the purpose of disposing of civil cases under £20.
