HOTEL BURNT DOWN.

Invercargill, This day. The Oreti Hotel at Dipton avus burned doAvn on Tuesday. The fire broke out in the store adjoining Avhich avus also destroyed. Mr Gosgriff avus tho owner of both buildings. The store Avas let to Mr Shcehy, avliosc stock avus insured, but- in Avhat office and for Avhat amount is not yet known. Mr Cosgriff had £">0 on the store and £200 on the hotel, besides £200 on the furniture and stock, but this will not cover the loss. The cause of the fire is unknown.
