Alaungaharuru District—Fern bills and spurs on the western slopes of the Alaungaharuru Range; the soil is light; about onehalf of Section 2 is undulating country coveren Avith natural grasses; Section 4 has frontage to Taupo road ; a few clumps of bush are scattered about, on Section 1. AVaitara District — Open fern country, hilly. A bridle road on the permanent grades has been formed a distance of twelve miles through the block, starting from the Taupo road about thirty-five miles from Napier.

And "Notice is also given that copies of the said Bill will be deposited in the Office of the Examiner of Standing Orders, at AVellington, either before or within fourteen days after the commencement of tho said Session, and will be open to the inspection of all parties.
