IVfOTICE is hereby given that the under_Li mentioned resolution was passed at a Meeting held on WEDNESDAY, the 13th of March, and that it will be proposed to confirm that resolution at a Meeting of the Board to be held on Wednesday, the 23th of April. That in accordance with the provisions of Section 11 Road Boards Act, 1882, it was resolved :- - That the Clive Road Board District be divided into three Wards, to be respectively called the Clive Ward, the Tuki Tuki Ward, and Pakowhai Ward. That the Board in future consist of seven Members. That the portion of the District lying , to the south of the Tuki Tuki be called the Tuki Tuki Ward, retum- | ing two Members to the Board. ; That the portion of the District lying I between the Tuki Tuki and Ngaruroro i rivers be called the Clive Ward, re- , turning three Members to the Board.
