A man named George Brieu was thrown from his horse near Saltwater Creek on Tuesday night, and his foot, getting entangled in one of the stirrups, he was dragged some distance, and was picked up in an insensible condition by a man who was with him. Brieu Avas conveyed home, Avhere he expired yesterday.
