Passengers —Misses McLean (2) and Rallstein, Mesdames Scott, Findlay, and McLean, Messrs Dvson, Hepburn, Cameron, Rhodes, Moore, Scott, AVilliams, Taeld, Ward, Roberts, Moss, Summers, Harrop, Shaw, Makant, Nairn, Queaby, Michie, Findlay, McLean, and twenty in the steerage. 9—Lucy James, ketch, from Poverty Bay.

Bay. D—Bella, s.s., for Mohaka. 9—Maori, s.s., for Mohaka and Wairoa. Passengers—Mr and Mrs R. Brathwaite and family, and one native.
The Union Steamship Company'ss.s. Arawata, Capt.Tozer, did not arrive in the roadstead from Melbourne via Southern ports until 6 o'clock this morning. The following is a report ot her passage, kindly favored by Mr Humphries, her purser : —
Left Melbourne of tho 28th at 3 p.m., AVilliamstown at G p.m., Hobart on the oOth at 4 p.m. ; arrived at the Bluff on the 3rd at 9 a.m., Dunedin on the 4th; left again on the .sth at o p.m., L\ itelton on the 6th at 10 p.m., and arrived at AVellington on tho 7th at 4 p.m. ; left again ou thcfcSth. at 11 a.m , and anchored in the roadstead as given above. Experienced fine we>ther with smooth sea untiLl caving Lyttelton, thence to arrival at AVelb'ngton strong head wind and sea ; from AVellington light southerly wind and smooth sea. She brings a large cargo for this port, which is being lightered by the Three Brothers and Sir Donald. The passengers and mails are announced to leave the wharf by the Boojum at 4 o'clock this afternoon, but it will probably be somewhat later befoi'o the Arawata steams northwards, as she wi'l be taking a quantity of sheep from here.
The p.s. Manaia, dipt. Baxter, steamed for AVairoa on Saturday night, taking cargo and passengers.
The three-masted schooner Johann Adolph, Capt. AA r eisse, sailed for AVellington, en route for London, on Saturday afternoon.
The Union steamer AVsurarapa. which left here at 1 o'clock on Saturday afternoon, is telegraphed as Inning airivcd in Wellington yesterday morning at S o'clock.
The ketch Lucy James, Capt. Miller, arrived here from Poverty Bay this morning, which place she left on Saturday last. She brings a cargo of wool, tallow, and grass seed consigned to Messrs Kinross and Co.
s.s. Bella left for Mohaka at 11 o'clock this morning, taking a cargo of stores and furniture for Mr Brathwaite.
The launch Boojum is to steam for AVairoa at 11 o'clock to-night. The steamer Kiwi, Captai l Campbell, took iv 224 casks of 140 cases of meats, and a large quantity of maize, grass seed, and other cargo on Saturday afternoon,_and at 0.30 p.m. took her deiaiturc for AVcl'iugton.
The s.s Maori, Captain Anderson, sailed for AVairoa via Mohaka at 12.30 o'clock this morning, taking a full cargo and several passengers.
The steamer Faiiy left for Mahia and last night, tak'ng a full cargo. Tho Union Company's s.s. Taiaroa is duo here on AVednesday from Southern poiis. and will bo saving northwards at 4 o'clock the same da v.
