Tho saloon and state cabins are superbly fitted and arranged and provided with every requisite for the comfort of the passengers, who are provided with bedding and all cabin fittings. The dietary scale is most liberal. Second-class and steerage accommodation is all that could be desired, and the ships arc commanded by experienced masters. The Company also charters ships of the liighest claw as required, and vessels arc despatched from London to each of the principal ports of the colony with strict punctuality every month. The Company has also slups loading homeward from New Zealand. LIVERPOOL AGENCY. A Branch has been established in Liverpool, and vessels' will be despatched at suitable intervals to the principals i>orts in New Zealand. NEW YORK AGENCY. Messrs R. W.
