April 3. In the House of Commons to-day Lord E. Fitzmuuricc, Under-Secretary of Foreign Affairs, stated, in reply to a question, that England avus not in any Avay concerned m the disposal of the balance of the Alabama indemnity Avhich remains in the hands of the United States Goverment after the payment of all claims.
