Defendant admitted the claim, less £14 10s. After a loim- and patient hearing judgment was finally given for the amount claimed, less £13 fs Ud, with costs and counsel's fee. '" Merrylces v. M'Grath.—Clain of £7 15 Id. Judgment by default for amount claimed, with costs. Warren v. Drawer.—Claim of £18 18s 6d, rebate for goods supplied in defective condition. Plaintiff subsequently withdrew the major part of his claim, and judgment was entered up for £4 and costs.
