FIRE AT DEVONPORT.—SUPPOSED INCENDIARY ARRESTED.

Nj-:w Plymouth, This day. An alarm of fire Avas given last night, Avheu a room in a house at DeA-onport Avas found to be in names, Avhich Avere at once quenched. On examination this morning the paper of the room Avas found to be saturated with kerosiuc ; and, as the furniture in the house Avas insured, together with other suspicious circumstances connected with the fire, J. G. Daniels, the tenant, Avas arrested on a charge of incendiarism.
