That in accordance Avith the provisions of Section 11 Road Boards Act, 1882, it Avas resolved That the Clive Road Board District, be divided into three AVards, to be respectively called the Clive AVard, the Tuki Tuki AVard, and Pakowhai Ward. That the Board in future consist of seven Members. That the portion of the District lying to the south of the Tuki Tuki be called the Tuki Tuki AVard, returning two Alenibers to the Board. That the portion of the District lying between the Tuki Tuki and Ngaruroro rivers be called the Clive AVard, returning three Members to the Board.
