FIRE AT NELSON.

A fire is reported from Alotuoka Valley. It originated in a barn near Air Bromell's accommodation house, and the with its contents, comprising the produce of forty acres of oaten hay and about forty bushels of wheat, were destroyed. The sparks ignited an unoccupied house, which was also destroyed. Tbe latter was insured in the Northern office for £200, but the barn, etc., were uncovered by insurance.
