WELLINGTON.
This day. AVriting under date of the Sth February, per Brindisi mail received yesterday, the Agent-General informs the PostmasterGeneral that tho Albion and Shaw Savill Company had on the pi-viotis day chartered the fine steamer AVestmeath, of '5190 tons and 1800 indicated horse-power, and that the Agent-General had arranged to send 200 people in her to Auckland direct.
