Six members of an Irish society knoAvn as tbe Patriotic Brothers h.ve been convicted of agrarian offences. The record of the trial shoAA-s that the Land League authorities requested the society to kill a landlord. Sheridan and several American Fenians are implicated in the disclosures made. The Daily Noavs states that the Peninsular and Oriental Company intend-to abandon tho route via Brindisi, and return to that via Marseilles.
